Welcome to Elle Finance. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The platform

Elle Finance is a technology platform that connects patients seeking healthcare financing with clinics and third-party lending partners. Elle Finance is not a lender.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (19 in some Canadian provinces) and a resident of a supported region to use the platform.

3. Fees

Patients are charged a one-time Platform Facilitation Fee of $149 and a monthly Account Management Fee of $10 once their loan is funded. Clinics pay no fees.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email.
