Payment Authorization & Billing Disclosure

By providing your payment information and clicking “Authorize,” you agree to the following terms:
Platform Facilitation Fee
A one-time Platform Facilitation Fee is charged upon enrollment to cover the cost of processing your treatment financing application, coordinating with our lending partners, and facilitating access to the Elle Finance platform. This fee is non-refundable once your application has been submitted and processed.
- USA Patients: $149.00 USD (one-time)
- Canada Patients: $199.00 CAD (one-time)
This fee is separate from any loan amount and will not be financed as part of your treatment loan. It is charged at the time of account setup.
Recurring Monthly Account Management Fee
You authorize Elle Finance to charge your payment method a recurring monthly account management fee for continued access to the Elle Finance platform. This fee covers access to the application, including but not limited to viewing treatment requests, submitting new treatment applications, and managing your account.
- USA Patients: $12.00 USD per month
- Canada Patients: $15.00 CAD per month
Non-Cancellable During Active Loan Period
You acknowledge and agree that the monthly account management fee cannot be cancelled or suspended while you have an active, open loan facilitated through our platform. Once your loan has been paid in full and closed, you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Elle Finance at Team@Elle-Finance.com.
Separation from Loan Payments
The Platform Facilitation Fee and monthly account management fee are entirely separate from any loan repayment obligations. Loan payments are managed directly by your lender through their own platform and are not collected by Elle Finance. Elle Finance is not a lender and does not collect or process loan repayments on behalf of any lender.
Payment Method Storage
Your payment method will be securely stored by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Elle Finance does not store your raw card details. Your saved payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle for the monthly account management fee.
Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, Elle Finance reserves the right to retry the charge and may suspend your access to the platform until payment is resolved. You will be notified via email at your address on file of any failed payment attempts.
Cancellation After Loan Closure
Once your loan is closed, you may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting Elle Finance at Team@Elle-Finance.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Changes to Fee Amount
Elle Finance reserves the right to change the monthly account management fee with no less than 30 days written notice to your email address on file. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new fee.
